Worldwide, with priority coverage across the UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan.

How long does delivery take?
UK & EU: 3–7 business days. USA & Canada: 5–10 business days. Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days. Tracking is included on every order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over £50 / $65 / €60.

Are the hats true to size?
Our adult caps are one-size-fits-most with adjustable straps. The Hugo youth cap fits most children aged 4–12. If you're between sizes, size up.

How do I wash my cap?
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle soap. Reshape and air-dry. No dryer, no iron.

What are your caps made from?
Depends on the model — most are 100% cotton chino, corduroy, or denim. The Henrik beanie is 100% acrylic. Full material breakdown is on each product page.

How is the 10% calculated?
